Tickets are priced at 30.00 JOD per person. Children under 10 years old can attend free of charge.

Tickets are available onsite at the Petra Visitor Center kiosk. Online booking is currently not available. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM except of Fridays and Saturdays.
Can children join the Petra by Night Group Experience?
Yes, children are welcome. Entry is free for children up to 10 years old.
What is included in the Petra by Night Group Experience?
The experience includes a candlelit walk through the Siq, immersive storytelling, Nabatean music performances, projection shows, and a captivating sound and light show at the Treasury.
Can I take photos during Petra by Night?
Photography is welcome, preferably without flash. The use of drones requires prior permission. We kindly ask all guests to help maintain a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere without using flash.
Are there visitor guidelines for Petra by Night?

How can I cancel my Petra by Night ticket?
You may cancel your attendance until 8:00 PM on the day of your visit; however, please note that cancellations made after 8:00 PM are nonrefundable.

How do you get to Petra from Amman or Aqaba?
You can travel by bus, taxi, or private car. The journey from Amman takes about three hours, and from Aqaba about two hours.
